AGE REQUIREMENTS: We do not host children under the age of 12 years during the high season - October through April. We do host children of all ages from May through August. See our Kids Program for exciting August activities.

PETS: The hotel does not accept pets.

Arriving at the hotel with pets or young children that have not been pre-approved by the management will result in the forfeit of your deposit, and cancellation of your reservation.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

A deposit is required to confirm a reservation, deposit accepted by credit card, bank transfer, or cash.

Deposit by credit card through our booking engine or an over-the-phone booking at +52 7555532802, or for nationals; pay the deposit to our Santander bank account.

Please write for account numbers.

 The balance is due in person when you arrive, payable in Dollars or Pesos.

RATES:

THE RATES ARE FIXED UNLESS YOU NEED AN OFFICIAL "FACTURA" FOR THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT (THEN ADD 16%)

The rates are for double and/or single occupancy ($15USD extra for a third person in the suites and the beach level rooms in the main hotel)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you cancel the entire 50% deposit is forfeited.

TRANSFER OF RESERVATION POLICY:

Any transfer of reservation must be registered with reception before arrival. Guests arriving who are not listed will not be admitted and the 50% deposit forfeited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

The hotel will not waive late cancellations and no-show fees for any reason, including medical or health issues, weather conditions or expired travel documents. It is recommended that guests purchase travel insurance prior to their stay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is at 11:00 am. LATE CHECKOUT: When possible, the hotel will accommodate requests for late check-ins/outs, which are subject to availability.

FACILITIES:

SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or in public areas of hotel.
